Because you click your ult alot to control your clone. Every time you do this, it counts as an ult cast. And since many people spam it to control the clone, it adds up to huge numbers.
Jhin for example should have higher ult counts than other champs as well, since every time he ults he actually does 5 ult casts: 1 to activate it and 4 for the 4 bullets.
