Basically , on low elo's lots of players get auto-filled as support and just wont play it cuz ''they can carry mid'' , wouldnt it be great to be able to vote to kick that player, ban him for 5 mins ( for dodging basically) and just find a new team ?

Any sort of player-voting kick system would be misused and it'd just end up as a tool to grief with.
Now if it was like a majority-dodge button (where 4 or 5 people vote yes to a dodge and everyone is removed from the lobby without punishment) that's something I could get behind.

Would still be problematic though. It could lead to extremely long ques since people would dodge if just one guy had a bad winrate and even in the 5/5 case people would dodge if they have a bad teamcomb or the enemy got an op pick.

Oh yeah, no doubt. When I said "something I can get behind" I meant that it's something I would be willing to discuss as opposed to OP's original idea.
tbh I'd still probably be against it for that reason lol, I don't think dodging should be an intended feature of the game

This of course would only be for draft games, else it'd be abused in ranked. It could just be a little button in the corner where if 4/5 hit yes they'd be dropped back into queue
