What about a new Quinn skin ?
It's been a while since Quinn got a new skin. Meanwhile champs like Lux, Ezreal, MF, Soraka, etc. getting skins every two weeks. What about a new Quinn skin, as Quinn main it would be really nice, but also other champ like Ornn who has only one skin since the release, or Rek' Sai with her two skins would deserve new skins.
