Teemo Buff needed

Well with the recent changes to the game his ultimate, Noxious Trap, has one too many hindrances: -The Scuttle Crab destroys shrooms in the river. -The Sweeping Lens Trinket is now cheaper to upgrade. -Smiting the Raptors now reveals shrooms and the Jungler can kill many shrooms at a time especially in his buff(red/blue) areas where you will be putting shrooms hoping to atleast spot him. Just a few reasons why I think Teemo deserves a buff.

EDIT: Having the Raptors buff allows you to see Teemo in his passive also. If the buff procs and you know it will proc on a shroom you can see Teemo through his Camouflage.

No. You don't want Teemo being top tier, you don't, trust me.

Then stop putting it in it's walking path, or kill it first.

-The Sweeping Lens Trinket is now cheaper to upgrade.

Still not as strong & long lasting as the late Oracle Extract.

-Smiting the Raptors now reveals shrooms and the Jungler can kill many shrooms at a time especially in his buff(red/blue) areas where you will be putting shrooms hoping to atleast spot him.

Same as above.

My points of why his shrooms does not deserve any buffs:

It's annoying, in terms of magic penetration & aoe slows.
It's a nuisance when all you do is put one shroom in the middle of the teamfight and then Zhonyas, while watching our HP bar go down gradually.
Still the number 1 top lane bully to all melee champs. Yes, not fking mid or APC/ADC, top.
No limited cap. Teemo with mana regenration = Vietnam

I'm not sure I want to see Teemo get buffed.

His shrooms hurt enough already. His dmg is pretty good.

Not sure he needs a buff.

the only change teemo needs, is lightbringer and hextech sweeper being available on summoners rift.
