ad + cd + chilling smite jungle item a/s boots Dead man's Spirit ravenous hydra black cleave
lots of damage health and movement speed. you're reasonably Tankey and get to 40% cdr.

Personally I think you can avoid extra attack speed and sustain. Once he has visage his healing becomes so much better in fights (and was never really bad either) and his W can already make him hit the AS cap.
You're better off switching your boots and go titanic hydra honestly with that build. It will deal more damage than ravenous. You'll lose the 12% lifesteal but considering it's warwick you shouldn't really see that as an issue.
