Can someone explain to me why is tank teemo considered op.
I've heard a few top lane streamers complain that tank teemo top is overpowered. Can someone explain why that is so I can abuse him I know why I should ban him.

Frozen Mallet is why.
It depends on what he is up against in lane. Tank Teemo is way too effective at shutting down most melee opponents, to the point where a melee champion can do nothing but sit at their tower and cry. It is the very definition of anti-fun, and while it's not great at anything but split pushing it is pretty darn good at ruining another person's day.
Essentially it puts someone on tilt for the rest of the game, which is equally as mean spirited as it is effective.
Im guesing they ment some sort of on hit teemo that rushes frozen mallet/ ninja tabi early. And basically makes your life miserable if you are melee, since you can't run away from that, because perma slow, but you can't all in him either, because blind, slows, shrooms, and added survivability from mallet.
just play yorick, mind his poke pre6 and after 6 just go all out on him
