Why only PVP

Why is it that the cool stuff like this black market stuff can only be done on PVP matches? I mean come on i dont like to pvp at all so why is it that i am forced to try cool stuff but only on a setting i personally dont like?

Because they don't want to have to program bots to deal with the new limited time only mode, and then turn the mode off and have all that effort go to waste.

understandable but hell i can put the programs on hard drives for every thing and save them in different files for what ever the event is gonna be

Because League of Legends is a PvP game.

Because riot doesn't want to put in the effort to make this a good game. They just want your money.

Not all champions can be played against as bots, there are zero options beyond 2 difficulty settings. You can't tell which champion to start in which lane, you can't tell them what items to build, you can't assign ability pick order, you can't set their general item build paths, you can't assign roles to them, etc, etc. There are no options to get a instant good/bad team composition so you can practice.

Would also be nice to have some mutators for this game for passive gold generation, cooldown reduction, starting gold, starting exp, minion spawn timers, item limits, exp caps, gold caps, etc, etc.

Special game modes are only open for a limited time instead of just being a nice permanent extra addition to the game.

There are no options for fun, like playing against a team consisting of a themed skin like Pentakill or Beach Party. And there are no map skins that would turn the map into a rock concert or a beach party to go along with it.

The launcher also needs to be updated. Would be nice if you could put it on fullscreen without eyebleed problems, smooth scroll-wheel scrolling still don't work, item list still shows items you can't use on certain maps and their text explaining it is just plain wrong.

You don't get any exp and ip for custom matches either.

They are also still using those stupid riot points instead of simply using real money values.

They really just don't give a shit about any of this, but who can blame them because adding these kinds of things doesn't make them any money.
