Not that I use the item, but can Banner of Command be castable on minions or inhibs?

The ability to cast the item on inhibs and have the first eligible minion get it's effects would eliminate the annoying process of traking down a minion. This would allow for the auto-pushing one has in mind when buying the item without missing a few hundred fights and/or missing warding opportunities. tl;dr: Quality of life for Banner.
