You'll have to pay 350g for it tho. Meaning you will get your jungle item later. Why not just add it as a passive on machete and upgrades?

Second Tier jungle items now build out of this and Machete so its entirely based on stat preference. A special note that this can make Jungle Teemo have a much better start with the health steal. I can also see Rammus using this to great effect since he would be procing the passive on every monster in the camp every time they basic attack him. Basically, AoE junglers should DEFINITELY take this unless they dont use mana.

Ohh, that's much better. So now we will have mana pots built into our 2nd tear jungle items, and wards built into 3rd tear? That's neat.

Yes and yes. We also have a LOT AND I MEAN A LOT of sustain in 2nd Tier if I am seeing this right since they will have to have both the Machete and Talisman passives.

Machete will also be 350g and im assuming both items will be able to be build into all jungle items. My question is, is this the return of dual jungle starter Udyr?
