I am a support main and occasionally play Adc.
I want to broaden my knowledge on other lanes and my ability to play other positions. So I'm not stuck in bot lane. My most comfortable champions are 
for support, and 
for Adc. I am good at getting cs and ward vision. The whole problem for me is I can't really play melee, I don't think i have confidence for it. I need good starting champions for Top or Jungle. Thanks in advance.

he is the annie of top lane, will make you learn everything about top lane.(Easy)

It a good pick top and good if you like to support team as top laner(Mid)
Will teach you how to balance between team fights and split pushing.(Mid)
For jungle i would suggest
/ two of basic and strong early jungler, will teach you alot (Easy)
He will fit your Adc theme of damage and kitting (Mid)
If you want more adc option for jungle (Mid)
Is hardcore version of Xin (Easy)
