Yes. So good that this mode is friendly to the old people. My grandma（68） can't wait to play this mode and according to the video on the internet. They got 2 new items 1 is doran stick/rod? which look like the wukong'e Q and it gain 1 AD and 1AP per mins with no max limit and also u can have 6 doran sticks/rods......Yes have 6 daron rods and have this game not ended in 2 hours is a good idea. And another item whih has no AD/AP but can reset all ur skills' cd. I dont think this one is useful if the cooldown of this item also +200% and has no AD/AP.

YES I LIKE URF AND MY GRANDMA LIE NURF PLZ HAVE 2 MODES TOGETHER I DONT WANT TO PLAY A LAGGING GAME WITH MY LAGGING COMPUTER CONNECTING TO A LAGGING INTERNET WITH LAGGING GRANDMA...

I think Galio is looking like a great pick for New Ultra Rapid Fire. I anticipate that longer cooldowns will mean that high base damage is king, and each of his Qs will be that much more impactful.

I love the idea of having time to carefully plan and aim each of my skillshots! This patch will really elevate the game to the highest level of competition, IMHO.

Who are other people's power picks for New Ultra Rapid Fire mode?

Wouldn't Aatrox be pretty good in this mode as well? With super long CDs people won't be able to escape him so he can just W them to death and never die.

sure but he'll take about 15 minutes to kill them, and if they call for help early enough they might get someone to peel you, and then it'll be a loooooooooong chase

Regen tanks and high base damage will be king. Jungling will be impossible. Crit will be dominant. Farming will be nearly impossible, meaning champions that rely on levels more than farm (tanks) will be most powerful. Anyone who can't afford their burst will be useless. Support items might be viable for other roles.

so in this mode tanks OP (no tank stats nerfed) infinity endge needed on all champions (makes ur AA do normal damage not half damage) health casters, fury champions, and champs with unusual or no sencondary bar OP champions with low cooldowns OP flat move speed OP

meaning OP champs i can think of are Yasuo RekSai Rengar Riven Rumble Garen DrMundo

question time does cool down inflation effect static cool downs? can you build cool down reduction? if so how does it work is it % of new base CD? or is it max of 140% CD inflation? is building attack speed going to actually make you attack faster or is the 200% in-between time to much to overcome?

last riot pls actually release this for like a day or 2 then put out the real URF mode.
