an opinion, about champs

Hello Riot, I heard your going to be working on evelynn, and I gotta say that surprised me to hear. I wanted to voice an opinion in saying I think she's fine, but thats just me. With that out of the way I wanted to voice an idea, I had for a champion, cause i've never seen it done before and pulled off properly I think that the champion would be great.

Overall the main idea was to be something of a "doom-caller" or "doom-sayer" sorta feel to the hero. with the following effects of , his/her passive could be every minute he gets a .1 bonus to a stat, making every 10 minutes a 1 point bonus.

a Q thats a beam effect,
a W that can shield or stun,

and E effect that I thought would be cool that what if he had the ability to copy another champ's move. The effect would go when using E would allow them to within a limited range see a move from another champ and use it once within a time-limit or it'll reset to a cooldowned E. You wouldn't be able to copy Ultimates with it by itself.

and the R effect I was looking at hiemerdinger and found his ultimate that made all his moves more powerful was a cool idea. To make his Q a bigger longer beam like move, his W can be stronger or more area of affect, and his E would gain the ability to copy even another champ's ultimate.

overall for the concept of the champion I don't have a picture... yet But i'm also thinking of instead of a doomsayer, maybe a robotic "glitch" of a character. Something like a being made of energy that was a robot made of a computer system of 1's and 0's.

I don't know, hope you like it ^^

She is most definetly not fine and there is a reason why she is one of the most requested reworks(only behind Galio on which they are working already). Her permastealth is very hard to balance and feels frustrating to play against and her kit seems like an utter mess. She is supposed to be an assassin, yet her kit supports more of a fighter build-path considering that her Q does damage over time to random targets around her and her ult gives her a shield and is used for an initiation tool.

Meanwhile her E feels rather useless if you go ap,while other parts of her kit feel useless if you go AD.

Then there is the fact that her theme seems really weak. champs generally have some sort of theme that makes them stand out from the rest. But eve just looks like an evil stripper, which really isn't a noteworthy theme...

Last but not least:her ingame model looks really outdated.

That sounds ridiculously weak. If the game goes for 30 minutes, then the champ got +3 to a stat(I wonder which stat you are talking about) For comparison,Vladimir gains over 3 AP when buying a mere item 1028 ,something that he can do the moment the game starts.

As for the other abilities: Q,W and R sound really bland, you should try to give every ability something that makes it stand out,I mean there isn't a single ability among the recent champions/reworks that isn't unique in some way. The only interesting ability is the E,but I think that is going to be a mess to program. I mean how exactly do you choose which ability you copy? You won't have much control over what you get and in some cases it might be totally useless(I mean good luck trying to copy Azirs Q or E without sandsoldiers or trying to copy Nidalees transform-move)

Overall I feel like the concept of your champ is all over the place. You say he is some sort of doomsayer, but what has copying others to do with that?Same would go for robotic glitch.

In general I'd advise to either start with a concept of a character(not the abilities) and choose abilities that fit said concept or if you want to start with an ability you should try to find a concept that fits that ability and should built the rest of the kit around that(for example in your case the most outstanding thing is his E,so the champ could be a mirror mage or a mimic/copycat)

Alright, I'll go to the drawing board and work on the concept some more. thanks, its still something I JUST thought of, and wanted an opinion for but yeah I'll work on it. I'll go back to thinking of how to make the character, then I'll work on his abilities. Overall with his "copy" ability I at this time thought it as simple as using it, on a champion and you get to choose which move you get. Overall I definetly gotta think it over.
As for his passive I was just spit-balling an idea, I honestly thought giving someone an ability to gain 1 point per minute would be op.

I still gotta alot to learn about champ-making. Honestly I don't care about eveylnn I don't play her so if they re-work her thats fine.
