Slow loading time pre-season 6

The Loading time since preseason 6 start has been so long. Everyone is 100% loaded but the game starts after around 2-4 minutes. I don't get why. Anyone also having the problem?

Games are loading the same for me now, no more than 30 seconds to get in game usually.
