I'm wondering if EKKO is a good champion after the nerfs, is he still good top/jg? Is he still good tankie?

He is still viable, but now, if you go tanky, you really deal much less damage than if you go AP. It's up to you to see what your team need and to decide whether you want to go for durability or damage.

he can reach 3k health while getting over 400 AD
