So everyone probably already went through this but when I was a new player i refunded ashe and yi and lux -_- and that was the UGLIEST mistake i ever did and yeah It would be cool if they would give like 1 token per year or season*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*

The issue is that the customer could have, in time, purchased both skins.
Refunds remove the opportunity cost consumers have of purchsing one skin over the next best alternative
If Riot gave one refund per season to every player that plays the game, it would cost them a lot of money
