NON-critical strikes heal you for your critical strike chance multiplied by the damage dealt.

Effect: The maximum lifesteal effect will be with 50% critical chance, if you get 100% crit chance it will stop offering lifesteal. At 50% crit chance, you will get 50% lifesteal on half of your attacks, but those attacks do half as much damage as your crits, so you will only get 50% lifesteal on 1/3rd of your damage, or effectively 16.67% life steal.

Benefits: This way the mastery will be for those who want to double down on lifesteal without giving them the ability to double down on critical chance. It evens out some of the RNG, providing some benefit to not crit. Takes care of the edge cases, giving yasuo no lifesteal once he has ss+ie.

Con: Provides an edge case for Ashe since her non critical strikes do the same damage as her critical strikes, giving her effectively 25% lifesteal at 50% critical strike chance.

Its already being changed to work only on champions like Elixir of Wrath.

A way better Fix: The heal effect is only for Ranged. BAM BALANCED RIGHT AWAY.... it is like always, Fighters being overpowerd as fuck just nerf items for melees and itll be fine without much thinking.
