Constantly getting feeding teammates

I don't get the match making system. Everyone says if you're not winning games it's because of yourself, increase your own game play, increase your own skill, it's not your team.

But how am I doing possibly everything I can, roaming lanes, trying to get my teammates fed too, not win games? I lost 4 in a row, 3 of them because of teammates feeding.

Rito I have been trying to increase my game play, but having teammates that go 2/13, isn't really helping. How am I supposed to win any games like this?

HEEEEELLLP I'm stuck in Silver Elo, all my matches I've tried my hardest, but most games i get feeding teammate and I'm doomed

I got promoted to Silver II but then lost 3 games in a row and got demoted again. Two of 3 games were because of feeding teammate, and the other one I got auto filled.

PS: I played on my friend's Gold V and I'm actually doing well, ranking up But get stuck in Silver III...

Help me Rito...

Pick hard carry champions, you can take over the game in low elo. Of course you may not be able to do it alone so try your best to find the most competent person on your team and try to get them fed too.

And try to lead your team with pings and advice
