Winrate makes u skip division

when you get to promos, if you win the first two games you skip the next division b5, to b3 but doesnt apply from like b1 to s4, you cant skip tiers

High mmr makes you skip divisions, and when you change divisions it more or less resets as you're put at the division that matches your mmr (eg if you're in plat IV with plat II mmr you'll be be placed into plat II when you win your series, thus making your mmr no longer elevated). High winrate kind of affects your ability to skip divisions, but only indirectly, as large streaks result in larger mmr changes per game, so if you have high winrate you're likely to win several games in a row.
