Where are the new AP items?

Has Riot said anything about when mages are getting new AP items? Everyone else, tanks, jungles, all AD champs, got new items, but not mages.

'AP items have always been the strongest in the game, we think it's time we brought the other items up to par'.

Not a direct quote, but that's basically what they've been saying. It's some bullshit if you ask me.

I agree.

I just noticed these items were featured in a Game Mode even though they were in the official in game league item builder but I'm hoping http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Black_Market_Brawlers all these items get released this season (of course excluding teleport boots). I'm not sure if I want to play till new mage items.
