Nothing showing up in chat when i Ctrl+click one of my spells to show the cooldown time

I think I might have unbound it somehow but all i did was bind some pings to ctrl+7,8,10 on my razer naga. Ive been looking for where it is in the hotkeys but I dont see anything. Someone please help a bro out
