How about having two different tournaments a day, one in the morning and one later in the night? So if you can't make the one in the morning you can take the one later in the night at like 9:00 pm where most people aren't super busy. You'd also only be able to compete in 1 per day so if u take the morning one u arent allowed to compete in the night tourney.
