MAKE HIS E SCALE OFF MOVESPEED this way, when he gets a crit item, it goes back to about what it is atm, but earlier he cant just dash around, charge his passive 3 times and get away scott free. Even in my opinion, his e is insanely oppressive during laning which is supposed to be his worst stage in the game

Can a champion like Yasuo really have a "weakest point" in the game? Even without his E being oppressive he can freely zone people by holding his 3rd Q. They should lower the amount of time he can hold his tornado Q.
