I win a game and do really well and only get 15 to 17 lp but when I lose I lose 20 to 22 lp is how do I fix this do I have to go on a fat win streak or should I just wait till next season will that reset my mmr if some one can, could they tell me what kind of win streak I need cause I benn on like a 6 to 7 game win streak soloing as well does duoing lower mmr too if you can pls help
HonorRibbon2 votesYour mmr is not high for your rank. You are on the slightly lower side. Don't use na.op.gg check mmr thing.... is not accurate at all. Just look at who you get matched with.
You are silver 4. Your last game was vs 7 silver 4s, 2 silver 5s, and 1 bronze 1. That is low mmr for silver 4. If you were vs all silver 4 then your mmr would equal toyr rank. If 60% of the peoplenin the game, or more, is silver 3+, then your mmr is higher than silver 4.
thicc feet1 votesThank you but how do I fix that just big win streaks to get out of my lower mmr tier like do I have to even out my total win rate cause I have a 49% winrate or make it higher than 50% or do I just have to deal with it for the rest of the season in order to climb.
HonorRibbon1 votesYea, just win streaks. When you have a lot of games played the reliability of your MMR goes up, which makes it harder to climb or drop without streaks. If you won 4 or 5 in a row you'd be low to mid silver 3 mmr, and you would be low silver 3, like under 25 lp, so then you'd be balanced out. Your last games showing up are 11W to 8L, so out of 19 games you only went up 3 net wins, which is what is what makes your rank feel like quicksand. At this rate, another 20ish games at that rate would put you in silver 3 with silver 3 mmr.
Tl;dr win 4 to 5 in a row and your mmr will match your rank and then you'll gain and lose equal amounts, until you streak up or down.
thicc feet1 votesthx man fairly new to league so I was wondering I also demoted to s5 then got s4 when I got s4 I start getting normal gains like 22-19 did that mean my mmr was s5 then I evened it out with s4 when I won my series
