Veigar's new spell "improvements" for the Q and E spell

So, firstly, after playing veigar and seeing his new Q and E spell, I became furious. Not only my team and me lost the match, but I was playing soooo bad that I started hating my favourite champion!! Secondly, Veigar is a champion who is really hard to play and to adapt with, so the fact that you changed his E spell (the cage) makes it so difficult (and not only to me I'm pretty sure). I don't want you to change the Q spell, I respect the fact that you want a well balanced champion, but come on now.... Veigar's cage (his E spell) is supposed to be cast immidiately and now when I use the spell, I HAVE TO WAIT 0,75 SECONDS !!! This is huge and makes veigar unplayable. Veigar is suppose to start the team fights with his cage (E spell) and now it is impossible. I am so sad about this update on Veigar and I would like to be able to cast the E spell like it was before.....

Please do not ignore this, Veigar was my main but now... I can't even imagine playing with him anymore....
