Tft coming out wasn't really an event, and it still gave arcade tokens.

Not initially though. What boggles me is that the events took up the home page so much that people probably didn't notice these two things: Summer Finals are in Detroit. Tickets are on sale now. I live not far from Detroit, and I only learned of it a MONTH LATER when it was announced when my Dad pulled me over and said, "Hey, did you know the League Finals are coming to Detroit?" Thankfully got my tickets, but Riot needs to do better next time by putting all that shit into a separate tab like they are with project and panth's rework. My point is proven more when I noticed the amount of tickets that were still available when I bought mine, a good 40% had not been sold, so the TFT and Arcade event likely stole attention away from it.

Are you seriously complaining about too much content?

Jesus Christ, it's completely absurd how impossible it is to please someone. We get new champions, champ reworks, and events all the time now compared to previous years. Even though I don't like the type of game, TFT is insanely popular and people fucking love it.

None of your "points" are proven. Know what I do when I want tickets to an event? I research the goddamn event. If you were so interested in the Summer Finals that you're raking Riot across the coals for too much content, did you perhaps try a Google search at any point in the LAST YEAR?

Im not? Where in my comment did I complain about too much content? I complained on the fact I had no notification whatsoever that they made a decision on where Finals was gonna be held, when in past times, it was always displayed on the overview page on the client.

It didn't give tokens for like... a few days? You still got tokens for a vast majority of the arcade event for playing TFT.

I definitely didn't notice anything about tickets though, you're right that that was very overshadowed.

I'd agree...but the client could barely handle tft without them having to turn off certain features. I don't trust Riot to be able to do that.
