Warmog's Armor bug

Has anyone else noticed that now a days to build Warmog'ss you need Kindlegem which gives 10% cdr but when you upgrade to Warmog's you don't get any CDR? I'm not sure if this is a 6.23 bug or something or where should I post this.

Warmog's Armor provides CDR.

If it isn't giving you a stat which is listed, I would post under Report a Bug.

It does give CDr It is under a UNIQUE passive

All cdr is a unique passive bro. It's not a named passive. Or perhaps it's bugged to be an unnamed named passive, which is why it's not showing up.

No... CDR from abyssal is not UNIQUE This means that you can get 4 of them and get 40% CDR With warmogs if you get 4 warmogs it will give 10% CDR BUT if you build Warmogs AND essence reaver it will give 20% CDR even though both are UNIQUE passives

Yes, I know this. I just didn't realize Abyssal's was not a unique passive.

Actually, now that I'm looking at the wiki, when the hell did Riot start making items with non-unique cdr?
