Fiora new passive

Hey I was wondering can anyone tell me if the Fiora passive hit circle is bugged at the moment, or is it intended not to move with the champion its marked on ?

So i have no control over it at all if its on me i lose ?

You can position yourself so that Fiora has harder time to reach the vital. You can also back off far enough from Fiora so the vital drops off and another vital will appear when you come close to Fiora again.

A vital can appear either south, east, north or west side of a champion and will not change its position.

It's almost guaranteed that she will hit the vital if its position is towards Fiora. You could try to take advatage of the fact that she will try to engage.

Well not sure if anyone with any real influence will see this but, I think that the passive should be changed so whoever is targeted by the passive can defend themselves and not just give up free damage due to the position of the mark, i think that if the mark moved with the marked champion it would make it harder to hit but it would make it so that the marked champion had a bit more options when it comes to fighting a Fiora. But if anyone has any reason why this wasnt made like this in the first place i would love to know.

You can change it, just step back and reset the passive.
