Replace TP with a long range snowball that attaches to terrain

Dunno I just thought it might be useful. You would need to make the snowball long enough range for it to be favorable in case of objectives or teamfighting.

Actually, that gives me an idea.

Teleport replaced with Portal/Teleport;

Upon first activation, drops a Portal where you are
Provides very small vision radius
Reactivating Teleports you to your Portal
Has a minimum cast distance
Standing within the minimum and casting will pick up the Portal
Now you can drop it in a different spot
Portal is not visible to the enemy
If they watch you place it they can trap it though

This nerfs the surprise arrivals of TP by making you set the Portal ahead of time. Cooldown and cast time can be drastically reduced so it isn't complete shit.
