Lets say warwick is a balanced champion

Warwick is a TANK, also being an ADC that deals a lot of damage based on his health when he builds titanic hydra and have the right rune. One of his skill gives him a boost of movement speed, besides that he got 2 gap closers/ mobility skills. AND BESIDES THAT his ultimate STUNS people, ALSO GIVES HIM A LOT OF HEALTH BACK, with another skill he fears the other champions away from him for a few seconds. It is good at farming because it has so much life steal already in level one, turret damaging since he is ad, split pushing since the only champion that can counter him would be Jax, Olaf, Udyr in JG, which has MUCH less mobility as WW does and much Less CC thank ww does, AND MUCH LESS life steal as ww does. Is he a very balanced champ? I don't understand why people keep thinking he is a champion that is very reasonable to be playing against in league.

People don't want to change it because it is a very easy champion to learn and to main. It is a fun champion to play with but not fun to play against.

Do I think he is op? Yes. But luckily he is not as op as many other champions are this season. He just needs a few tweaks to his kit and he should be fine. My suggestion is to reduce the movement speed he gets off his W so enemies can have time to reach their turret before he catches up to them, reduce the damage reduction he gets on his E, reduce his life steal by a small amount, and to remove his ability to life steal off of epic monsters.
