Rengar got nerfed for good reasons. He could jump and enemy's and 1 shot them, Easy to play and having a lot of HP recover. But the nerf they gave to him made him almost useless. Only a Challenger, Mastery 7 Rengar with 1000000 Points on him can make him work. He's a blast to play but a let down because he doesn't live up to the Agile Powerful Lion we heard about when we joined. Make Rengar Great Again!
He already is decent, he has a pretty good kit that many teams can use...his ult can spot anyone on the enemy team who is flanking....he can flank and kill the carry...he can jump in and do a small burst in the middle of a fight then use an empowered roar to run out after body blocking an 
ult for someone....he can catch people out....the list goes on because he has a very versatile kit that does damage...without being late game or super item dependent...so he can contest objectives unless somehow far behind and nobody groups.
