Can we do a little ARAM balance? Specifically Sona?

I know a lot of people may not care about ARAM but there are quite a bit of players who majorly play ARAM. Aram obviously isn't the most balanced game mode but I still think it should be balanced by RIOT a little. They recently did make some changes to it which is great but I was hoping for some more balance regarding champions. Sona had about a 70% winrate on ARAM according to lolking. Whenever I see her on the enemy team I know it's going to be very difficult to win unless our comp is stacked. 70% is just too much of an outlier in winrates and I feel she should be nerfed on the howeling abyss. Thoughts?
