Rylai's crystal scepter and champion autos

OK so i wanted to try this out on tahm kench because when I played fizz and bought rylai's crystal scepter because of Fizz's W auto attacking cause the crystal scepter to proc with fizz's autos. So i figured because of tahm Kench's ult passive which is basically the same thing I figured it would also proc the crystal scepter on tahms autos and it doesn't. i sent a ticket into riot support asking them directly but i want to know all of your thoughts on the matter. DISCLAIMER I'm not saying Rylai's on tahm is effective or not i was just curious is all to see if it would actually work. KAYLE'S E PASSIVE: Kayle's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage. WORKS FIZZ's W PASSIVE: Fizz's basic attacks rend his target, dealing magic damage over 3 seconds. WORKS TAHM KENCH R PASSIVE: Tahm Kench's basic attacks and damaging abilities deal bonus magic damage. DOESN't WORK

Rylai's applies to spell effects, not onhit effects. Fizz's W adds on-hit spell damage to his Auto attacks, Tahm Kench's ult is a passive on-hit ability

It also works on kayle's righteous fury (her E) which states that kayle's basic attacks deal bonus on hit magic dmg.

It's bonus on-hit spell damage added to her Auto Attacks. You have to activate a spell to get that bonus damage, making it spell damage

Incorrect its a passive the active only increases the range and doubles the passive dmg.

Righteous Fury PASSIVE: Kayle's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage.

ACTIVE: Kayle ignites her sword for 10 seconds, gaining bonus attack range, doubling Righteous Fury's on-hit damage, and causing her basic against non-turret enemies to splash to nearby enemies for the duration.

While Righteous Fury is active, Kayle becomes a ranged champion.

Righteous Fury's active is self-buff ability. The bonus magic damage is an on-hit effect, while the splash damage is an Area of effect spell. If it weren't for the AOE splash, it wouldn't be proccing Rylais. Also: Despite being an on-hit effect, both Righteous Fury's damage to the primary target and the area of effect component apply spell effects as an area of effect ability.
