How do i carry once i'm fed?

So I am playing Akali at the moment and I have an average score of 11/4/4. There's been many games where i went something like 15/4 and 24/6 (with the most damage) where i still lost. I generally get all my kills early/mid game and after that I have a hard time doing stuff. So from what I get my macro must be horrible but i don't know how to improve it. I have a 33% winrate with her. Farming's not that big of a problem either. Do you guys have any tips?

take a defensive item over dcap and void and force fights where you can with your newly found defensive items survive and turn into turrets and barons

Objectives win games, not kills. Always keep that mentality. if you're fed all it does is improve your objective taking power.

push a lane, bcs it take more than one to kill you, which leave your team with a 4v3 or 4v2, or invade jg camp, steal everything you can, take dragon with your jg.

When you roam. Do you stick around and take the tower or do you back/run back to lane?

Back/run back to lane. I should stay for turret damage?

Game to game imo. Example. losing mid tower with 5 plates is going to fk your lane. Example. Getting jungle to cover mid and have you and teammates take 4 plates and also net first tower gold? More map pressure bot and overall net gains for your team.

Your going to have to make the judgment call... There is not law or rule of thumb. One play will be better and its on you to make the call for what ya should do. Generally more gold and more map pressure is ideal.

If you can cash out on some Extra Gold that helps you win lane then stay. But then again you might have a gold hungry late game ADC who would be better of eating gold with out you then the play is let them power spike faster by backing. There is not law here. Its match to match.
