Or an engager (barring flash+ult, and that's still reliant on her basically being in melee range first to get past them), or a healer (since having a heal only on ult isn't really enough to make someone a healer).

She's also not a great engager either, even other enchanters like Sona or Lulu are better than her on that front.

...She's also not going to be healing consistently until she gets Athene's which she might not even buy in the first place since it's an unpopular item on her, so she's not a "Healer" either.

3/4 have been wrong so far. Oof.

Eh. Lulu really doesn't have engage, either. She's good in one, but has none herself.

The only thing she has remotely resembling engage is her ult, which requires someone to be in the middle of their team.

Now, Sona, at least, does have (near) instant AoE CC. Still not great in terms of engage, but it is more than Janna.

I know Lulu's engage isn't great, I was just saying the little engage she does have is still miles better than Janna's. At the very least she does have a direct MS boost/slow, polymorph, and a decent damaging spell in addition to her ult. Janna only has her nado which is incredibly predictable and a flash+ult for engage, both of which aren't going to be viable options in 99% of cases.

What engage and healing? Her long-range ability that she can't really use instantly or go in with? Her ult, where the healing is generally seen as the lesser part compared to the massive knockback?

What fucking mobility, even? She just fucking runs fast until she casts W. That's not mobility that's roaming power.

Literally the only thing that's correct there is the disengage. She has a lot of that.

Pyke gets more MS off of W and has a stun+dash.

Not saying Pyke is OP or UP or balanced or anything about his state of balance at all, but he definitely does have more engage than Janna does.

Like, really. Janna has possibly the worst engage out of all of the supports, only behind Soraka. I'd even argue that Yuumi has better engage than Janna, as long as Yuumi has a somewhat competent melee on her team. Even fucking Yuumi, who is out-tanked by a god fucking damn yellow ward, has more engage than Janna.

She actually doesn't really have an engage, unless you're below Gold4 and can't reliably dodge literally the slowest skillshot in the game. Her disengage is decent but not amazing like Thresh level. Her heal is ULT ONLY. Also her abilities all have a catch that balance them out. Q is easily predictable (has to be built up), W requires her to walk up (which will often do less damage than an ADC Auto, at similar range, so she gets outtraded), and her E starts at a 16 second cooldown.

Also her only mobility is a movespeed buff that turns off if she uses her W.
