Petition to FINALLY Rework Nocturne
Let me hear your guys thoughts on whether 
should be reworked. Feels like he's a weaker and slower 
to me currently.

Rengar doesn't have a global ult that blinds everyone.
he shoudl be coming in the diver updated but i wanted my noc to stay the stabby shadow that he is
With the new mastery for being in a bush and dealing extra damage and the new duskblade passive, he pretty much just got a pretty nice buff.
That's my main! Honestly I'd be scared of a rework based on how the recent ones have gone. (RIP Shaco and Akali) I agree he seems to get outclassed by a lot of junglers nowadays 
but I still like his kit. Maybe a slight buff/tweak to his passive or some of his ratios but I feel like anything more would break him.
I really want Nocturne to have more skins! His base skin is better than the others so please make something beyond the others! something Scary! I will legit pay $30 for the best skin to come out for him.
I've played noc a lot but I've never been succesfull with it. I don't know about a rework but why not. I just wish they'll keep his ult. It's one of the coolest effect in the game.
