Lucian's Ult
Would it be difficult to change his movement to WASD and allow summoner to direct his shots with the mouse during his ult?

It would make him a real badass
No reason to change his movement to WASD, this isn't CoD. If they wanted him to be able to redirect his ult it'd be easy to do. Just allow him to "recast" or press R again in a new direction and have it change the direction.
Its a deliberate weakness in his ability. Given its range, speed and damage potential it'd be potentially too easy to track another champion with it.
That said, they could give it a short CD that would only let you do periodically.
Wasd Only during the ult. It would be like right out of the matrix
His ult is fine as it is. It has crazy damage potential, and plenty of counterplay.
You NEVER change balance in a game like this for the only reason "Cuz it'll be cool" That alone can screw up so many things. Only time they should 100% change how an ability works is if its a badly designed ability, or it actually needs heavy work.
Lucian's ult is fine as it is. Good damage, enough counterplay, and has a clear weakness that isn't to unfair to Lucian players.
