Not receiving Hextech chests

It shows that i have 2 chests available to get but they don't drop. I've played numerous games with champions that i haven't received a chest with yet and either me or my teammates get a S rank but I don't seem to get a chest. Why is this?

Okay, you get a chest if you or your DUO get an S. not a teammate. I get an S every other game. I never have chests available. it's really stupid.
