Master Yi needs Reverts or Buffs

Master Yi over the course of the last year or so has been constantly declining in win rate with the most dramatic dips being with the runes update and the loss of Fervor of Battle as a Keystone. While other champions have received buffs to some of their abilities because of the loss of some damage masteries (ex. Riven was recently given slightly more scaling and base damage on her Q) but Master Yi has not. I would like a Red to at least give some feedback on what the balance team has in store for Yi if they have anything at all.
