Riot report system is so stupid - League of Legends Community

I agree but I can't post to that thread due to it being on a different region? I don't understand.

I can't report someone's name as inappropriate except at the end of game screen? If I bug out or quit before I can remember that sick crap they never get reported? Riot is lucky this is the only half decent MOBA in existence because they've gone giggle barmy due to the amount of money their making.
