Issues with queue dodging

I'd like to propose an issue with queue dodging, there should be a troll button. You should be able to select trolls in the pre game screen of draft mode that allows your team to requeue without the troll, because I feel it's unfair to punish for queue dodging when you could potentially be losing your promos because of some troll. Just a little rant.
