Have no clue how to reach Plat/diamond. always been stuck in g5 and it kills me! any advice?

Farm more. This one is critical. Decent farming alone can get you out of gold.

Play champions that can win a fight by themselves through either initiation, disable, or damage.

Die less.

Trade more efficiently.

Manage creep waves better.

If jungling, pay attention to your decision-making. Don't waste time on things that aren't very likely to work when you could be farming to scale yourself more consistently between each game.

I'd suggest watching some of LS's coaching sessions since most people have a lack of macro understanding. Your CS is a bit on the low side too, possibly from the 5+ deaths per game so trying to bring those down would help.
