PBE blind pick

I have a PBE account, and I really hate the fact blind pick isn't available because either a champion I want to play because of a new skin get's banned, or gets picked by someone else. For example, i'm trying to play with the new skin, and I can't.. one game I had him and then someone on the enemy team dodged. And the other game modes in the rotating que are too short to test out the skin, the practice tool is not a PVP experience which is, for me at least, the only way to test things out while having fun, and ARAM of course being random champions, is way too low of a chance to even justify trying. In conclussion, I think it's a gigantic disaster that blind pick is no longer available in PBE. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
