Ranked Waiting times

So here we are with the new ranked lobbies, but the one downside is these waiting times. I'm currently waiting to play but this is the fourth lobby I'm in after someone didn't complete an afk check or the rare occurrence of someone leaving the lobby. Please Riot can you make the punishments for leaving or not completing an afk check a bit harsher? Even if they are only stopped from playing ranked only. This needs some thoughts.......summoner 3 so tired

I'm so tired of going through 5 different lobbies constantly.... this lock in feature was dumb af and doesn't change the fact that people take their damn time picking something.
