Cleanse, what should it/shouldn't it remove

So, recently played a game as Vayne (No, this is not a crying "Buuhuu I lost 'cause this/that is op/up", hang with me) against a Vladimir and a Warwick. I happened to have cleanse this game and I knew since before that Warwick's ult can't be cleansed. But this made me think: Why can't it? I mean, it says disables and atleast I feel very disabled when he ults me. Sure, it might be seen as a "too easy counter" but you are sacrificing a summoner spell for an ult.

OK Wawick farms for the 1st 10 mins only to get negated by one button. I see your logic

Wouldn't that logic apply to Udyr, Irelia, Amumu, Jax, Renekton, Lissandra or any stun at all then? Doesn't flash counter more or less everything in the game? Having cleanse instead of heal/barrier (since most cleanse users are marksmen) makes you really vulnerable to fighting in lane. The cooldown of cleanse is also way higher than WW/Malz ults, if it's not high enough; raise it higher. My logic isn't that it should negate them in anyway, my logic isn't anything really. I was simply asking what others opinion on the matter was.

Should just remove ability to remove suppression and adjust the abilities that have it around it.

WW and Malz's ults both are high damage abilities. On top of the strongest CC in the game. Urgot gains one of the strongest defensive boosts in the game as well as repositions his target(double CC).

But no, it would massively hard counter those champions every time. You're not sacrificing a summoner for an ult. You're removing an important part of their kit from the game. This would overall make WW useless vs anything that can kite him.

Sir. Warwick gets that ult after 10 mins of farming. Malz gains it after a super gankable laning phase which no jungler will miss. And to top it all these champs self cc themselves to lock the enemy down. This idea is simply ludicrous and of course balance breaking.

Suppressions prevent the use of any summoner spells, I don't really think 1 summoner spell should be allowed out of that rule. I think it's fair that you can spend 1250 gold or whatever it is for QSS to be able to escape.

I'd settle for tool tip consistency. Either make it remove ALL disables, such as knockups and suppression and being fuckin eaten by Tahm Kench, or change the tooltip. The latter is far more likely.
