I picked up Lucian just before the marksman changes hit just so I could get a hang of him in case the changes helped him. Im doing pretty much the old build with black cleaver and botrk. I also add in Essence Reaver and then i go GA. This have been giving me great results, but I can't really figure out why it is so good. Any thoughts?

Like, imagine an attack speed Rammus, he rolls up, taunts you, ults, and then keeps you taunted for 10 seconds. Then you die.
