Karthus E movement speed buff

Dear Rito,

You buffed Ahri's Q to give her movement speed, what about buffing Karthus E. It doesn't have to be a big movement speed %. This squishy skeleton man could then chase easier and escape ganks easier. Note, his E already sucks mana down faster than a hot dern cheetah hit by a lightning bolt.

I think this would make him even more fun then he already is.

Plus, everyone wants to gank him because he breaks like a toothpick
