Poppy is a perfectly balanced champion all of hey skill Q is like Wukong perfectly balanced W give armor and Attack Damage + Movement Speed perfectly Balanced E Dash + Stun if colide perfectly balanced R no damage taken from other except her target and deal more dmg perfectly balanced

she dont need a rework on that side what she need is graphic rework and Voice Rework [slayer-jinx-catface]

ps: Riot dont make a rework you allready fail fiora dont Fail my Poppy ive found a way to make her op earlier and im not telling

You do realize that if ANYONE finds a way to cap on her early game, Riot will nerf her on the spot right?

As for your points. No, her ult is not balanced. Her ult is toxic, possibly one of THE most toxic things in the game due to player abuse. She's getting reworked, like it or not. She's had it a long time coming.

And Riot didn't fail with the Fiora rework. They gave her a unique identity beyond, "Female Yi" All they need to do now is balance her.

I might not be catching on to the troll, but her passive needs to be completely reworked and her ultimate should lose duration every time she attacks something other than its target.

Is this sarcasm?? Poppy is shit early game, and rapes late game.. her kit is broken.. all she does is nukes.. her ult makes you a kayle for even longer.. so, i'm guessing this is sarcasm due to the poor grammar and repetitive words
