Teemo Rework or Buff

Hi,

Im asking for a Teemo rework of Buff cus atm hes just a scout who goes in jungle and wards/puts shrooms and dies from 1hit early game teemo needs hard farm but if he gets camped u can forget about cameback champions like riven darius irelia olaf xin and even wu they can cameback in mid game even if they had worse early... but if u try to do same with teemo its imposible 1st his hp is critical too low compered to all top/mid/sup lanes his dmg burst takes ages till it does its job yes teemo is scout who goes out from nowere and kills or deals dmg thats what is writen in lore... but then u try to play with teemo like that u just get killed in no time... most players hates teemo just cus its ussles champ u have to fix teemo or just delate it...
