PIng increase

Around a month ago I had consistent 30-40 ping, which increased to around 70-80. I just ignored it and played on. When I logged on today my ping was in the 140s, when team-fights started I would just disconnect. When each loading screen starts my ping is around 30, but it just starts increasing at some point. I started going to nuts to fix this problem, but nothing seems to be working. I downloaded the hextech repair tool to maybe fix things and the logs say my ping is around 30. Game is barely playable, especially in higher elo. Any ideas on how to fix?

Restart your modem 5 minutes, if that doesn't work open task manager see if anything is using your network such as steam updating a game/downloading a game, or something else updating, if nothing of that nature helps then contact the company

I've been having the same issues lately. First two games went smoothly, and then third game: my Ping jumps from 34 to 200 every 15 secs and each time I try to attack or I am being attacked... I thought it was my system but I had literally nothing else running.

Masaka... RITO!!

I have to suggest this to anyone having internet issues.

If you are on wireless internet, DO NOT complain until you try using a wired Ethernet connection. It really doesn't matter what game you're playing or how good you might think your wifi is, wireless connection is trash for gaming and always has been.

from 3 different ISP with brand new modem/router I couldn't even get a solid connection if my laptop was sitting 1 inch away from access point, but when I plug in ethernet cord for a wired connection lag is literally non-existent for me, even on a cord that my puppy chewed and i had to wire back together lol.

I've never had 30-40 ping, but i have had around 70 ping consistently. I use ethernet cable and it hardly ever spikes up. I also play at lowest quality, no vsync, low spec mode, and with client closed while in game. Never had a crash or disconnect this entire year. I play 3-5 games whenever i feel like playing league.

Me too, I played with 63ms of ping but since about 2 weeks ago it jumped to 110ms. I play on ethernet, have all my drivers on check and this connection is only used by me. I changed my DNS to Cloudfare's but the change was negligible. I don't know what to do.
