Bronze/Silvers queuing with plats/diamonds in flex 3's. Riot please do something about this.

This should not happen, EVERY single game that me and my bronze/silver friends play in the ranked flex 3's there is a plat and hes always queuing with either a bronze or a silver and almost always is playing a hyper carry and just trashes us. Why in the actual fuck is this allowed to happen? ive played against diamonds/plats in EVERY single 3's game so far, there is at least one plat/diamond regardless of who i queue with out of my friends. People should NOT be allowed to queue with plats if they are bronze/silver it is literally just carrying them. im a silver 4 constantly going against plat 4 or above. Seriously riot, please fix this.
